Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus for a direction directing the 1st respondent to withdraw or cancel the lookout circular issued against the petitioner (Passport Number M9118168) regarding Crime No.16/2019 on the file of the 2nd Respondent by considering the petitioners representation dated 10.06.2021 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to communicate the order to the 3rd and 4th respondents and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice. This petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for her willful disobedience and non compliance of the order, passed by this Court, made in W.P.No.10209 of 2021, dated 17.06.2021. 2.When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based upon the order passed by the Principal Sessions Court, Pudukottai, Lookout Notice has been cancelled and it was forwarded to the Embassy of Foreign Affairs.

3. Let the learned counsel for the petitioner may get a copy of the above said order from the office of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Contempt Petition is closed, since no more consideration is required.
