necessary action against her, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2017.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to disconnect the Electricity Service Connection No. 06-441-013-900 in the name of the 3rd respondent which was getting by the 3rd respondent by way of committed fraud and cheating and take necessary action against her, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2017."
2. The petitioner is a one of the members of Property Protection Committee of Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church. The properties situated in S.Nos.43/3, 43/1 and 44/10 at Kondappanayakkanpalayam, Pattukottai were purchased by Church of Swedent and the same was
registered at Sub-Registrar Office, Thiruppathur and the same were executed by the said Church in favour of petitioner's Church in the year 1974 and thereafter, they are in possession and enjoyment of the same.
3. While so, the 3rd respondent illegally trespassed into Survey No. 43/3 and constructed a temporary house and attempted to get Municipality tax receipt and fraudulently got electricity connection. With a view to bringing this fraudulent act to the notice of respondents 1 and 2, the petitioner made a representation on 11.05.2017. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.05.2017 and pass orders after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of
copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
