ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to extend the time to surrender sureties in Crl.M.P.No.566 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.452 of 2025 on the file of the learned Special Judge Under Tamilnadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act Cases, Madurai.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioners that due to personal reasons they could not arrange sureties and comply the conditions imposed by the trial Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.566 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.452 of 2025 for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
