The petitioner's request for pensionary benefits was earlier rejected by the second respondent herein through the proceedings No.K:/K/vz;/16787exr-2017. dated 18.12.2017. If that be so, the petitioner herein cannot maintain the present prayer seeking for a direction to the respondents to grant the service benefits, particularly, when the third respondent claims that the DCRG and other service benefits have already been disbursed to the petitioner, except the pensionary benefits.

2.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to challenge the order, dated 18.12.2017, in the manner known to law. No costs.
