PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing the 1st respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No. 13 of 2021 against the accused person before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.A.Joseph Jerry For R1 : Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the Mahila Court, Dindigul West on 08.08.2021, but it has not been taken on file so far. 3.Since the final report has been filed, there shall be a direction to the learned Special Judge, Mahila Court, Dindigul West, to process the final report as per rules. After that compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
