ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the first respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 2 and 3. Since no order prejudicial to the interest of the 4th respondent is going to be passed, notice to 4th respondent is dispensed with. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. According to the petitioner, he sought for some information regarding the fourth respondent before the third respondent. Since no order has been passed, he approached the first respondent, who in turn passed an order, dated 18.09.2016 directed the third respondent to furnish information within a period of thirty days. Despite the same, no order has been passed by the third respondent. Hence, he has filed this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioner's application, dated 03.02.2016, is pending with the third respondent without any disposal, the third respondent is directed to consider the said application and pass suitable orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
