ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 353 and 506(i)IPC seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 16.09.2021 around 6.00pm, when the defacto complainant being a postman went to deliver a parcel to the petitioner, he picked up quarrel with him, abused, attacked, threatened him with dire consequences and prevented him from discharging his official duty. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has abused, attacked, threatened and prevented a Government official from discharging his official duty. Further the petitioner has involved in the following four other cases:
