Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PALANIYANDI.NA., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.5576 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4717 of 2022 on 29.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Special Court for under POCSO Act Cases, Pudukkottai.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9177 of 2022 No.5576 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4717 of 2022 on 29.04.2022 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
