2. The petitioners claim that they are continuously working in the Government Industrial Training Institute, the fourth respondent herein as Junior Training Officer for a period of seven years. Their claim for regularization of their services was also positively forwarded to the concerned authorities and the same is pending for a long time. Hence, the petitioners approached this Court seeking appropriate direction to the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the petitioners' claim seeking regularization of their service would be considered on merits, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
4. Considering the nature of prayer as sought for by the petitioners and considering the fact that the petitioners are continuously working for a period of seven years in the fourth respondent Training Institute and their claim for regularization of their services also positively forwarded to the concerned Authorities, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the petitioners' claim on merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Writ Petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
