The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct and complete the enquiry based on petitioner's representation dated 14.04.2025. 1/4

2. On instructions, the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that enquriy is pending.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.04.2025, the 1st respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to respondents 2 to 4, and to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
