Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider her representation dated 10.08.2015, through which she sought for issuance of legal heirship certificate. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
