COMMON ORDER When the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both the Civil Revision Petitions submitted that the petitioner R.Tamil Selvi passed away on 07.09.2023 and her husband one Rajappa predeceased her on 11.04.2023 and they are not survived with any legal heirs. However, they are having second class legal heirs.

2.In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in these matters. The second class legal heirs are directed to work out their remedies before the concerned trial Court. Accordingly, both the petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
