JUDGMENT

2.The learned single Judge vide order dated 29.10.2024 in W.P(MD)No. 25216 of 2024 filed by the first respondent herein had only called upon the first appellant herein to consider the request for mutual transfer. The merits of the matter have not been gone into. Therefore, interference with the said order is not warranted.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader states that the first appellant would comply with the direction of the learned single Judge within a period of two weeks from today (01.07.2025). In view of the same, his appearance before the learned single Judge is dispensed with. 2/4
