The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. He has also sought liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action, for which, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents has no objection.

2.Under such circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
