ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of joint patta. Representation has also been given in this regard.

3.The respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's representation and dispose it on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent will put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or the other.

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
