PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalayam in Crl.M.P.No.1584 of 2019 dated 09.01.2019. This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam.
