O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to approve the School Committee proposal submitted by the petitioner dated 12.06.2024.

2. The proposal submitted by the petitioner has been returned on the ground that Form VII has not been submitted. The Writ Petition filed before this Court in W.P.(MD)No.16318 of 2024, challenging the order of the District Registrar in not accepting the Form - VII, has been allowed by this Court today ie., 18.10.2024. Once the Form-VII is accepted, pursuant to the order of this Court, the respondent shall pass an order on the proposal submitted by the petitioner dated 12.06.2024.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
