ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner from the respondents 3 to 5.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2022 is still pending with the second respondent. He further submitted that the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 are brothers,there is a partition dispute between them for which they have been summoned for enquiry.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
