O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent Police to file final report in Crime No.184 of 2014 dated 29.06.2014, on the file of the second respondent Police.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the crime was registered on 29.06.2014, so far no investigation has been conducted by the second respondent police. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that now the investigation is almost over and the second respondent police will file a final report within a period of one month.

4. Recording the above said submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.184 of 2014

and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
