The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking the issue of writ of declaration to declare Sections 35 and 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as null and void. 2.The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has already been replaced by a new Act of the year 2015. Without even being aware of the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
