The writ petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the third respondent on 12.11.2020 and consequently, quash the same.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, contended that based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent against the present petitioners, the First Information Report in Crime No.1 of 2021 was registered against five persons including the present petitioners on 03.01.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. His specific contention is that the writ petition itself has become infructuous.
