ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint dated 12.07.2019 (CSR receipt No.139/2019) on the file of the second respondent to any other Police Station, other than the second respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.07.2019, the second respondent police conducted an enquiry and a case in Cr.No.79 of 2019 has been registered as against three persons for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
