When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as against the order made in W.P(MD).No. 20214 of 2021, the respondent filed a writ appeal in W.A(MD).No.111 of 2023 and the same was allowed by remanding the matter to the Hon'ble Single Judge for hearing and therefore, he requested this Court to close this contempt petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 1/3
