ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and their family members. In this regard, a civil suit is also pending in O.S.No.325 of 2010, before the District Munsif Court, Valliyoor, for partition. Now pending civil suit, the fourth respondent is said to have purchased the property from one of the petitioner's brother filed a complaint before the third respondent Police. Based on a complaint given by the fourth respondent, the third respondent Police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), appearing for the

respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that based on a complaint given by the fourth respondent, the third respondent has conducted the enquiry and the enquiry reveals that it is only a civil dispute between the parties and the third respondent Police closed the complaint.

4.Considering the fact that already the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed, no further adjudication is required in this petition and the same stands closed.
