ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1424 of 2017 immediately after completing the investigation. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the crime has been registered in the year 2017, so far no investigation has been conducted and final report has not been filed. Hence, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the investigation is almost over and the respondent will file a final report within a period of one month.

4.Recording the above said submission, the respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
