ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the second respondent/ The Secretary, Hindu Higher Secondary School & Chathiram Committee, Watrap, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Admittedly, the second respondent is a Society registered under the Tamilnadu Societies Registration Act and according to the petitioner in violation of the bye-law, he was removed from the membership.

3. It is a well settled position of law that the petitioner cannot maintain a writ petition against an order passed by a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of removal, he has to approach the competent civil Court.

4. In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach
