ORDER
This contempt case has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 03.06.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.1577 of 2024.
2. On 12.02.2025, when this Court heard this contempt case, the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, on instructions, submitted that the Commissioner of Technical Education will issue appointment order to the petitioner shortly. Recording the same, this contempt petition was closed. Thereafter, this case is listed under the caption "for being
mentioned" at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the fact that the order of this Court is not complied with, this contempt case was restored to its file and statutory notice was issued to the respondents on 28.02.2025. Accordingly, the respondents 2 and 3 personally appeared before this Court on 28.03.2025 and the appearance of the 1st respondent was dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3 submits that, on 26.03.2025, the appointment order was issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same.
4. In view of the above factual position, it appears that there is some delay in implementing the order of this Court. But considering that the delay is very less and in view of the fact that already appointment order is issued to the petitioner, this Court intends to take lenient view towards the respondents in the contempt case.
5. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 07.04.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes gbg To 1.Pradeep Yadav, I.A.S., The Principal Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, Secretariat, St.George Fort, Chennai-600 009.
