Respondents/Contemnors PRAYER in Contempt Petition (MD) No.1198 of 2020 : Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to initiate contempt proceedings under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents herein for their willful disobedience to implement the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6221 of 2019, dated 23.09.2019 and punish the respondents.

PRAYER in Crl.OP(MD) No.6221 of 2019 : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to call for the records relating to the First Information Report in Crime No.56 of 2016, pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner/juvenile 2 alone. O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnors for their acts of Contempt of Court for the willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court. 2.Today, there is no representation for the petitioner. The contemnors are present before this Court in pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 15.09.2021. In the meantime, Registry was directed to call for a report from the concerned Judicial Magistrate with regard to the stage of the final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont P(MD)No.1198 of 2020 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that final report was filed before the Committal Court in PRC No. 15 of 2021 on 11.10.2021 and next date of hearing is 02.11.2021 for appearance of the accused persons.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for further direction in this petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Contempt Petition is closed.
