Prayer: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 15.04.2026 to take appropriate action against the 3rd and 4th respondents and dispose the same in accordance with law within a stipulated time period as fixed by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2026 and to take action against the respondents 3 and 4.
2. Heard Mr.P.Arun Jayatram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Haroon Rasheed, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
3. In view of the nature of orders that is proposed to be passed, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. This court is not expressing any opinion on the allegations made by the petitioner.
4. Since it is contended by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the representation dated 15.04.2026 discloses certain allegations against the respondents 3 and 4 and the 1st respondent being the appropriate authority to consider the same, this writ petition is ordered on the following terms:- i. The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to take up the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2026, issue due notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 3 and 4, and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 3 months from the date of receipt of a web copy of this order.
ii. No costs.
