: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue necessary direction to all City buses and Moffusil buses to stop in Government Head Quarters Hospital bus stop, Ramanathapuram, within the time stipulated by this Court. [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction to the respondents to ensure that the City buses and Moffusil buses shall stop in the Government Headquarters Hospital Bus Stop at Ramanathapuram. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and third respondents that the

buses operated by the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation are stopped in the said bus stop, if there was any passenger to either get down or to board. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would also say that all the buses are stopped as and when it is required. The said statements are recorded.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to all the respondents to ensure that all the stage carriage buses are stopped at the bus stop near the Government Headquarters Hospital at Ramanathapuram, for the passengers to get down and to board. No costs.
