Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- This Petitin filed under section 227 of Constitution of India to direct the Family Court, Dindigul to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.17 of 2019 within the reasonable time stipulated as directed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for extension of time on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 19/09/2019, and letter in D.No.390 of 2021, dated 16/07/2021, received from the Judge, Family Court,(Full Additional Charge), Dindigul and in the presence of M/s. V.P. Rajan, Advocate for the petitioner, this Court made the following order: The matter is posted today under the caption "for extension of time".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 16.09.2020 has directed the learned Judge, Family Court, Dindigul, to dispose of the petition in HMOP.No.17 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Subsequently, at the request made by the learned Judge, Family Court time was extended twice and lastly, vide order dated 01.04.2021 granting further three months time.

3. The learned Judge, Family Court, Dindigul has submitted a requisition letter dated 16.07.2021 stating that the case could not be disposed of due to the Covid-19 Pandemic situation and seeks further two months time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the reasons assigned this Court is inclined to extend the time as sought for by the Trial Court. Accordingly, two months time is granted to dispose of HMOP.No.17 of 2019, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
