Though the petitioner herein has challenged the charge memo, dated 08.07.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has made a representation, dated 25.07.2022, to defer the departmental action and if the respondent is directed to dispose of such a representation, within a time frame, he would be satisfied.

2.In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no interference is required to the charge memo. However, there shall be a direction to the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 25.07.2022, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
