ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated of this court 23.09.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, in D.NO.891/2022 , Dated 28.04.2022, and this court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.230 of 2018. 2.This Court, by order, dated 23.09.2021 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.230 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further two months time to dispose of the said case.
