ORDER

This Writ Petition had been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to constitute a committee comprising members from the village for renovation/consecration/construction of the proposed new temple for the deity Ammachi Amman situated at Rajakoor Village based on the representation, dated 04.11.2020 preferred by the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents 3 to 5 submitted that by proceedings, dated 30.03.2022, the private respondents have been appointed as hereditary trustees for the said temple. It was further submitted that the prayer for constituting a committee for renovation/consecration/construction of the proposed new temple may no longer survive.

3.A copy of the said proceedings is circulated to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, who on perusing the same agreed to the above 2/4

said proceedings.
