Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHAN V R G, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition to pay the fine amount of Rs.23,000/- imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.5682 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.281 of 2023 dated 24.04.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that from the date of order itself he is in Central Prison, Trichy and no one is willing to pay the said fine amount on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, he seeks modification in the order of this Court, dated 24.04.2023.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any reason to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
