ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the 2/5

learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 3 and 4 and after dispensing with the notice to the respondents 5 to 11.

2. The petitioner appears to be a Vice-President of the Board of Trustees of the trust, namely, Shri.Bhagawathi Amman Trust, located in Kulithalai.

3. It is specific case of the petitioner that the rents from the shops are not been collected and there a dispute between the President and Secretary and a suit in O.S.No.9 of 2019 is also pending before the Kulithalai Court. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation to the Official respondents 3 and 4 to consider the collection of the rent.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 3 and 4 submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered and disposed of on merits, after hearing the Secretary and the President of the Trust, who are, incidentally, litigating each other in O.S.No.9 of 2019. 3/5

5. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the private respondents 3 to 11. No costs.
