This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct Aadal Paadal programme on 10.08.2019 at the function of deity Arulmighu Sri Thiruvettalagar Thirukovil situated in Rarapuram, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Cultural Programme on 10.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 15.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith, by imposing necessary conditions.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
