Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JINNAH.S.M.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10550 of 2023 on 21.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said conditions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has not been complying the conditions regularly and he is having nine previous cases, which are similar in nature.

CRL MP(MD) No.9553 of 2023 to comply the conditions, which are imposed upon him at least for one month.
