ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the 1st to 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2022 and hand over the shop No. 1, Weekly Market, Udankudi Town Panchayat to the petitioner and also take action against the 4th respondent."

2. It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the petitioner has submitted her documents and the 3rd respondent is contemplating conduct of auction and the 3rd respondent has moved resolution to hold public auction on 19.12.2025. It is well open to the petitioner to participate in the said auction.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
