O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner has given a representation dated 21.03.2022 for mutation of revenue records in respect of the petition mentioned lands. The petitioner claims that he is having a civil Court decree in his favour.

3. The first respondent is directed to pass orders on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put the private respondents herein as well as all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. 2/4

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
