This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to update the Town Survey Land Register and other revenue records by including Town Survey No.26/4, qua the land comprised in Old S.No.288/4. Block No.4 Ward AW, Kottapattu Village, Trichy East Taluk, Trichy District within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate leader appearing for the official respondents.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the official respondents to update the Town Survey Land Register and other revenue records by including Town Survey No.26/4, qua the land comprised in Old s.No.288/4. Block No.4 Ward AW, Kottapattu Village, Trichy East Taluk, Trichy District. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition. 2/4
4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondents, submits that the survey number has been included and the register has been updated.
