The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the respondent to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.5 of 2026.

The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that, in this case, the investigation has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Illuppur, Pudukkottai District, and the same has been taken on file as C.C. No.144 of 2026.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
