This petition is filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner by entering the premises unnecessarily in a late hours without any basis under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the Village Administrative Officer, an enquiry was conducted in Crime No.1376 of 2020 and the same was closed, since no case has been made out as against the petitioner.
