PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, by directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action on petitioner's complaint dated 06.01.2025 under the criminal law and in the light of the dictum laid down by the Honble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others, reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

The petitioner has lodged a complaint on 06.01.2025, before the respondents and filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondents to take action on his complaint, as per the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others, reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the complaint of this petitioner has been duly registered in Crime No.37 of 2025, on the file of the Palayamkottai Police Station, for the offence under Sections 318(4) of BNS, 2023 r/w Section 3(2)of the Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act. 2/4
