O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct Adal Padal Programme on 12.08.2019 at 07.00 pm to 11.00 pm in connection with Urchava Thiruvizha of Dana Sri Petchiamman Tirukovil at Manimutharu, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that already the petitioner's representation has been considered and permission has been rejected by the respondent police. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has also produced the copy of the order.

3. In the above circumstances, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
