M. P .(MD).No. 5656 of 2019 in Crl.O.P No. 7475 of 2019 dated 01.07.2019 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper . ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5656 of 2019 in Crl.O.P No.7475 of 2019 dated 01.07.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5656 of 2019 in Crl.O.P No.7475 of 2019 dated 01.07.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.5656 of 2019 in Crl.O.P No.7475 of 2019 dated 01.07.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week (I.e) every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All the conditions in the said order shall remain intact.
