O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent directly to monitor with the appointment to the post and vacancy of Panchayat Secretary in the second respondent village Panchayat on merits.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the Appointing Authority to the post of Panchayat Secretary is only the P.A to the Collector in terms of Rule 4 of the Tamil Nadu Village Panchayat Secretaries (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2013.

3.In view of the submission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the notification dated 08.11.2019 issued by the second respondent.
