O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are disputes pending between the petitioner and the respondent No.3 in respect of the financial transactions and the petitioner stated to have filed a complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 vide S.T.C.No.63 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumayam and the same is pending. However, it is submitted that the respondent No.3 has given a representation dated 20.06.2022 before the police and the police based on the petition given by the respondent No.3 are harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that on receipt of the petition from the respondent No.3 in respect of the commission of offence by the petitioner, they are making preliminary enquiry and they will complete the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4.By recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the police shall complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this Petition is closed.
