JUDGMENT
(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.
2.The impugned interim order has not decided any issue finally. Therefore, it will not fall within the meaning of expression "order" as set out in Clause XV of Letters Patent. It is stated by the learned standing counsel for the appellants that pursuant to the direction given by the learned Single Judge, the writ petitioner was also permitted to participate in the counselling. The rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the writ petition. It is also submitted by the learned standing counsel for the appellants that as against the main issue raised in the writ petition, S.L.P.(Diary) No.8574 of 2025 has been filed. 2/4
