O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2016 for providing police protection, within a time frame.

Mr.V.K.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.10.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the State and perused the records.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2016 and pass orders after providing opportunities to the third respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
